I meditate and do yoga every day, though I skipped two or three days while Bob was here.
I moved out of Hollywood again, living with Martyr at the moment.
I've started up the bass again, doing a lot of fundamental exercises like rhythm, limiting buzz, volume, string jumping, learning scales, etc. I learned how to play a basic blues groove from any scale using arpeggios.
My kombucha has completed. I am brewing almost too fast to drink, but I can, of course, drink more.
My handstands are coming along. Still working on balance, but arm strength isn't much of a challenge. Of course, that means I am not spending enough time practicing balance, if I am not stopping because of arm strength.
My yoga postures are getting better each day. I decided to become an instructor, to further my practice, make money, and fuck some limber chicks. So I've started looking for Ashtanga yoga studios around here to study and eventually work at.
One revenue stream seems to have dried up while another is on the horizon.
I've been doing a lot of reading. I finished all six books of the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy trilogy. Now working on Infinite Jest.
I've contacted a few people who want to form a band. I'm looking forward to jamming with people!
Martyr took me to a party the first night I got here. Picked up this little Wiccan chick with the best ass I've ever laid hands on. Spent the whole night grabbing her ass while she served me tea. Life is good.
I'm still on chapter 3 of How to Win Friends and Influence People, since I went back and started highlighting the chapters I already read. Every time I reread a chapter I learn a little bit more. It's amazing. While rereading it I gave off a few gestures of appreciation to my friends, to add a little positivity to the world.
I baked a casserole last night. It was yummy.
Having a Vita-Mix means daily green smoothies. Yum!
My meditations are lasting far longer than they were when I was in LA. I go between 30 minutes to an hour every time.
In learning to give genuine compliments, I've trained myself to see the good in people easier. All people have good in them, we just need to look for it. This also makes my world a more positive place. If I only see positivity in the world, my world is heaven.

Visualization exercise
The Secret says I must visualize and see my goals for them to come true, so here are my goals, to be achieved by my next birthday:
- Have a million dollars
- Go to Thailand
- Fuck 50 chicks, including a threesome (starting now)
- Master the Ashtanga yoga intermediate series
- Be able to do one armed hollow handstand pushups
- Perform to a crowd of 10,000
- Have positive experiences with my family
Good people
One thing I got out of The Secret was to focus on the good parts of people instead of what you want to change about them. That makes perfect sense, the more I think about their negative traits the more they are enhanced, if only in my mind.
So, I've listed the traits of the people i want most to change. These are, of course, people who are closest to me, otherwise they wouldn't bug the shit out of me:
Mom: compassionate, sensitive, strong, leader, caring, smart, responsible, helpful, moral
Dad: ambitious, familial, proud, social, helpful, moral
Baldy: funny, fun, responsible, loving, athletic, adventurous
W: loyal, ambitious, fun, caring, helpful, moral
The next time I talk to them I'll have this list out, which will help me focus on their good qualities.
