The Importance of Identity

Look at the role models we have. What are the qualities we admire about them? Their achievements? Their passion? Their morals? Their courage? These are the same things girls look for.

Having a strong identity demonstrates these qualities just by living your life. For example, look at Michael Jordan. He's famous, he's rich. Okay, what else? He's hard working. He's influential. He's athletic. He's done incredible feats, winning championship after championship. Does he need to learn techniques to attract chicks? No, his identity does most of the work for him.

Now, if he had lots of beta qualities, if he is shy, gets bossed around by everyone, dressed like a schlob, maybe he needs to learn some techniques. But I can guarantee that his results will skyrocket with such a strong identity.

Of course, Michael Jordan didn't get to where he is today by being beta. All those things we're trying to learn, all those techniques, are just copied from alpha males. Guys with strong identities.

Besides making you attractive, having a strong identity can create a lifestyle where chicks just flow into your life. If you were a musician, a hair stylist, a photographer, etc. chicks will just come into your life. You wouldn't even need to cold approach.

Conveying alpha qualities without an identity takes a lot of time and energy. You have to show a false time constraint instead of having an actual busy life. You have to generate social proof by talking to everyone in the club instead of rolling in with your own entourage.

That's why we want you to have a strong identity. To be an alpha male. You can just be yourself.

I don't develop my identity for chicks. I do it for myself. I want to do fun, cool things and have a sense of achievement. I want to rock out on stage at Madison Square Garden in front of a million people one day. Yeah, that'd be cool.

Yes, girls will come along, and that's part of the reason I play the bass. But I also love the bass. If I had to do something I hated in order to get laid, I'd be fucking chicks with anger and frustration. I don't know about you, but that seems really counterproductive.

Pursue your passions. Try shit out. I've tried being a software programmer, video gamer, snowboarder, raw vegan, yogi, bartender, photographer, hippie, bassist, guitarist, world traveller, Buddhist. Some I still am, some didn't work out.

I suspect a lot of guys want to get good at chicks to find fulfillment in their lives. They learn techniques, start getting girls, then find they're still unfulfilled, just getting laid. Having a strong identity can help not only your game, but your life.
